Hi - this problem can occur when the system clock on a SmartsIntegrator server differs from the system clock on any other SmartsIntegrator server associated with the same database or the system clock on the server holding the SQLServer database by more than 1 minute. Please ensure your clocks are set reasonably accurately - this should resolve the issue, please advise if the problem remains.

Note there are many free services available for synchronizing your system time with Internet clocks etc. - let me know if you want a recommendation.

Workflow Locking Error

Hi - I'm unable to execute any workflows on my test server, I get an exception in the Tracking log talking about a locking error.

Is this a known issue?
